Lead Developer
2016A rescue engagement for EXL, a NASDAQ-listed analytics company: stabilizing a WordPress site a previous agency had left in bad shape, with responsive fixes, a full performance pass, and SEO-damaging link cleanup.
→ A stable, faster corporate site: 519 images compressed (~70 MB saved), full-stack caching and minification, and 32 pages of SEO-damaging links fixed, delivered in phases without disrupting the client's own publishing.
